Unexpectedly high grant

A production company initially had modest expectations. During the project, expectations increased.

The company had submitted its own application for a project, but had received comments and questions. Best Management was engaged to review the matter and travelled to the customer in north-western Norway.

After the review, we considered the project strong, but the application needed rewriting and additional activities should be included. The result was that the new and expanded application was approved, and the customer received four times higher funding than expected.
